I have been trying to close 2 of 3 contracts with Virgin Mobile since Dec 2014. Have been sent away from the store without service on more than one occasion. Have tried to close the contracts on the call centre lines, without success (cut off repeatedly). Wrote a message on the website, contracts continued to run. Popped in to see Andre to try again. He took charge, phoned head office, spoke to Iliaam? And between them closed off the two contracts with immediate effect. What a relief! Well done Andre for not just fobbing me off as all the others have done until now! You are an absolute star! I wish you every success in your future.
