Wanted to buy a phone cash and ive heard nothing

<p>Hi my name is Abdul Albeek. I just switched to virgin mobile sa with my sim swap. My number is ********** 348 and i went into the Menlyn branch to purchase a phone cash. I wanted another Microsoft Lumia 650. the lady at the menlyn branch at 6pm on Saturday told me she would order the phone and i could collect it today from the Menlyn branch and i have not heard anything.
