VMSA Did It Again
<p>well i have to say Alicia responded very promptly, she even mailed me my statement for May 2016 and agreed it were at last the correct amount i owed, However on the 28th of May 2016 they debited my account for twice the amount on the statement she mailed to me, so i went back to the bank and reversed one of the debits, this morning i recieved a message saying that my services will be suspended due to non payment.I called VMSA call centre and spoke to Portia Shangana i asked what's my current balance to my surprise she said it is R902.00 and could not believe it but my statement for May 2016 is R597.00 that they mailed me</p> <p>Please VMSA SORT OUT YOUR MESS</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your post.
Please note that in previous correspondence to you, you were advised that you were in arrears as payment for 01.01.2016 was only received on the 30.03.2016. You were also advised to make payment to avoid being handed over.
The amount reflecting on the May invoice was correct at the time. After the invoice was sent out, you had reversed your payments making you in arrears once again.
Junes invoice will be sent to you once available.
