I ordered a phone from virgin first they send me only the sim and not the phone now for 4 weeks I am told its on the way or some **** storry I will stop my debit order on my current contract and will not pay you a cent further this is really *** service.the person who did the order he will phone me and mark it as urgent but still waiting. I will not pay you for my current contract I promise you itc me then I dont give a **** go and check how many times I had to phone virgin ***
