Virgin Mobile unfair listing

2 days ago I was promised that my name would be removed from Transunion Database by Virgin Mobile, They billed me for 2 years without me being aware that I am being billed after I requested my 2 year contract must not me renewed. The payments were not presented to my bank account in which case I would have known that I am still on contract with them? The clearance letter from Virgin Mobile was dated the 27th of November and in it they say it will take 21 working days, 2 days ago I loaded them on Hello Peter and they informed me that I will be removed up to the latest the next day, I am still on Transunion Database and nobody had called me today to inform me whether my name has been removed. They handed me over to debt collectors and they did not even call or sent a message or anything, how in the world can anybody bill me for 2 years without me knowing it and demeaned us when we app**** for finance for a vehicle, I am forced to pay or I will not have a clean credit record, now we battle to get them to do there work and clear our name, and for the whole of December we were without transport, coming back to work I have to ask around for transport which is also demeaning to me. If they have cancelled the contract after the 2 years in 2015 and did there work properly, we would not have had this problems. For such a small contract of R128, or they have people not knowing what they are suppose to be doing or they are a lot of dishonest people that make money out of innocent people, this is the worst service I've ever experienced and what do I do at the end of the day, will it be worth going to see a lawyer and taking them to court?

I called Transunion this morning, we are still listed as they explained to me that they must receive the following letter stating "default must be cleared" if Virgin Mobile do not sent this letter through to Transunion I will still have to wait another 7 to 20 days because of the default must be cleared letter not sent to Transunion? We paid this on the 24th of November 2017 already? Juliet Ndlovu and Kelebogile Mosikare from Virgin Mobile both of them do not know about this letter? This is going onto 28 working days already, if the correct letters were sent through and without delay this should have been cleared already? I am speaking to Juliet Ndlovu at Virgin Mobile, she do not know what this default letter is? Chozann Bell at Virgin Mobile, collections department @ 09:30 said she will call Transunion and let me know, it is 11:35 and I am still awaiting in anticipation for that call......
