Virgin mobile still have me listed

After numerous calls to virgin mobile advising them that my account have been paid and even provided with proof, every time I try to apply for anything, it appears they haven't cleared my name. I called in some other day into the debtors department and spoke to a lady by the name of Thapelo, she advised she is going to speak to the Legal department and after a month, I still have not received a call from her. I must say the worst service ever, I wonder how they keep on tricking customers into their cellphone contracts.
