Virgin Mobile staff dont have a clue
At the beginning Of January 2015 my account was changed from postpaid to prepaid , I took the liberty of explain the consumer protection act to the person in credit control ? retentions , and they note that i was correct in saying that a 24 month contract is terminated on the 24 month , my contract was thus cancelled , however I am still being debited , this month again I have been debited R400 for a contract i no longer have if this is not rectified in the next working day i will pursue further action.<br> please contact me via email on [Email Removed]<br>
