Virgin mobile ****
Virgin mobile is a ridiculous ****. I have phoned them NUMEROUS times trying to cancel a number that has been with MTN for 10years already, and we keep paying for the contract. I have canceled and canceled and canceled the number, but every month the debit order keeps going off. Every time they assure me it has been moved to prepaid. Where it started as 245 a month it is 980 a month all of a sudden. Stay away. They are flippen *****s!!! And their call centre is useless.
