thank you Virgin mobile has paid an amount back . i would like to point out and question how a verbal telephonic contract works. should the contract not run for two years and then stop immediately on expiry when the service provider sees that the service is no longer being used i am asking generally. do all mobile providers do this ?

Good day Renato,

Thank you for the response.

A contract does not automatically get cancelled, its either you as the customer contacts the services provider or the service provider contacts you and to discuss what you would like to do with the contract.

I am glad to hear your matter was resolved.

Kind regards.
