Virgin Mobile is *****ing my money

I entered into a cell phone agreement with Virgin Mobile back in 2007. On the 24th of October 2015 I terminated this agreement via email. In this email I clearly indicated that I’m terminating the agreement. I also informed Virgin Mobile that my contact details changed (new cell number).

Virgin Mobile chose not to terminate said agreement sighting that I have to follow THEIR process. The Consumer Protection Act clearly prescribes termination of an agreement in such an instance (20 days’ written notice). I’ve comp****.

Since then they have been collecting per debit order the (now cancelled agreement) monthly amount that IS NOT DUE as there is no agreement.

Countless emails, calls and a year later they confirmed that the agreement will be terminate except for one last debit amount, at the end of September 2016. They are also not willing to reimburse me for the amounts debited the past year.

This is therefore theft. Virgin Mobile is *****ing my money each month!!!

Reviewer Update

Rebecca

I have been sending emails but again,, with no reply.

1. You promised the amount of R2400 (which i do nog agree on) into my account by the 30th of September - AN EMPTY PROMISE, STILL NOT PAID OVER

2. You only refund me up to August. September and October 2016 debit orders went off - why aren't i being refunded for this???

3. I have not received written confirmation, on a Virgin Mobile letterhead, that the debit order has been cancelled by Virgin Mobile, and that no more debit orders will be deducted

4. What about interest on the money you stole from me for months? Why am I being ignored when I bring this issue up?

5. How many people have Virgin Mobile stole money from? How many people decided to give up, because of no response? Or are the money being paid "back" to the client, but actually into a different bank account?
6. Have you seen all the bad complaints about this specific issue? About money being ******?

7. Why is this issue, NOW, A YEAR AFTER MY CANCELATION, STILL not resolved?

I DEMAND FEEDBAC****!!!
