VIRGIN MOBILE IS PAST PATHETIC
Lodged a complaint on Hello Peter some time back. I had a response from them saying, \we understand your frustration and will escalate it and sort it out and give feedback. NOthing happened. I lodged another complaint regarding them not coming back
