VIRGIN MOBILE ILLIGELLY DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER
<p>Virgin Mobile illigally disconnected my number that I used with Internet Banking. I allready loaded airtime which they refuse to acnowledge</p> <p> </p>

Please be advised that as per our Prepay terms and conditions any number which is not in use for more than 90 days will be terminated and recyled .
We did send you an sms on the 29 of March , 3rd of April and 28th of April 2017 notifying you that your service will be disconnected and you needed to recharge in order to keep the number active . Your number was terminated on the 3rd of May 2017 due to non usage and can not be reactivated .
For further details regarding this issue ,please reply via direct message with your contact number .

There was no communication whatsoever. I was not informed. You do NOT just erase a long term number that existed for over 10 years with NO WARNING!

They tell me the number was soft locked. If you can soft lock it then you can UNLOCK it and RESTORE services. Otherwise you are guilty of *****ing not only my number but also the airtime I allready loaded on the number, and I am stuck with a voucher pin number that is utterly useless without a working Virgin number.
