<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of someone to please renew my contract and courier my new phone to my work like they did the last time. Nobody has got back to me for one month. Please be advised that your contract only expires 26.01.2017. You are only able to upgrade on or thereafter that date. Please contact us then in order to process your upgrade.
Upgrading any earlier than 26.01.2017 will result in a handset buyout amount that you will be liable to pay.

Please note that a sales agent needs to call you to explain the contract in detail and to do a security check.
I confirm that the handset buyout amount needs to be paid upfront before the upgrade can be processed.
