Hi JacquesUngerer,

Thank you for your post.

You requested cancellation on 02.05.2017. As we require a 30 day notice, your contract will only be cancelled on 02.06.2017.

Your final invoice will be generated on 01.06.2017 for the airtime provided to you on this date. This invoice will be due on 25.06.2017, making this your final debit order date.

Once the cancellation has been processed, any unused airtime will still be available for you to use.

You are liable to pay for all airtime provided to you up until the cancellation has been processed.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Kind Regards

Alicia
