Virgin effectively de*****ed me

Virgin Mobile services are unreliable as it is. I used my daughters sim when she was overseas. In a 5 min cellphone call on the N7 between Milnerton and Malmesbury calls were dropped 6 times at least. In December I gave my daughter a Iphone 4. We went to the Canal Walk store for a simswap. We have had no service for two months as the Virgin helpline staff said a Iphone need to be specially registered in order to work. Be that as it may I cancelled my contract and exported the number to MTN. There is at least 300 airtime minutes and data on the phone and I am loosing it now. Shows you my desperation to get away from Virgin<br> <br> So Virgin you took two months of payment from me at least without giving me any service whatsoever. Shame on you. My cell just in case you want to take responsibility for your lack of service and support ***
