VIRGIN deducting money from a VODACOM customer

In February I was lucky enough to change service providers after 6 years of putting up with Virgin Mobile's bad service. I became the very happy customer of another service provider who kept their promises in getting me the phone I wanted on a contract that suited me. Came 1 March, Virgin deducted R200 from my account. I asked for a refund and was told that because I resigned on 14 Feb, they needed to take that money (along with the R400 in airtime on my phone which they took of my account within 2min of me putting the phone down). I made peace with that and asked them to stop deducting money off my account as well as never contacting me again. I am tired of their excuses and bad service. 1 April - no April fool joke, here comes another R200 off my account, courtesy of Virgin Mobile. Please people, it is costing me nearly R800 now to get rid of you. Just refund me my R400 and STOP the debit order as I am no longer a customer of Virgin Mobile. I also had to go to the extreme of blocking your number as you kept on phoning me with excuses of why you could not refund me. Please e-mail any respond.
