Unproffesional behaviour
Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior to be handed over to legal MBDLC for a paid out account. No one is willing to check their records for cancellation even with proof given to them. UNBELIEVABLE! I never want to see or hear about Virgin mobile again. Traumatized me for the rest of my life and will never recommend it to anyone.
