Unfair dispute

I noticed on my itc that I was handed over by virgin mobile and yet i don't have the virgin mobile number because the contract was terminated immediately and there have no records since this was about 5-8 years ago. It is not for the first time I sent to hello Peter for this problem yet virgin mobile is now claiming i didn't return device yet when I contacted hello peter years back they confirmed receipt of device and only disputed braking of the seal which I explained that I did open the box to ensure that what was delivered was the right product and for which it was far from it. This is unfair advantage since they are aware that my dispute was for years ago and i believe they themselves no longer have the records yet they expect me to have such records of references used 8 years ago.
