I am not sure how Virgin Active is confident in saying I owe R11K when I have not been using their service for almost two years, and do not have any renewed contract with them. Additionally I am no longer even working to pay anyone R11 000 for anything, let alone a service I do not use.

This is an impossible situation for me. In fact I Would like the membership canceled because I did so when I also let go of my Discovery medical aid.
