Theft

On the 15 of this month my phone LG4 started Hanging and become slow. I booked in my phone coze it is still under warrent.Tody got a quote for R6000. The phone cost that much. They told me the phone was dropped. Yes 5 months ago.These people just dont wanna.fix things under warrenty always excusses. Best of all I know what the problem is. Just show you how our money get stollen. Now they refuse.to give my phone back coze handeling fee, but they never told me there is gonna be that. Lets c Virgin Ill open a case of theft if you dont give my phone back.
