Taking ownership

Really appreciate how Mpho took ownership of the issue I had with a query. He kept me updated throughout the process of resolving it. I was very impressed when, today, a week later after my issue had been resolved, my monthly statement was mailed to me, directly by him with the offer to assist further should I require it.
