Still no stock after a month

I wrote a complaint about Virgin mobile more than a month ago complaining that they never have stock. I got a response that they are very sorry , and they tried to call me (on the wrong number and they had the wrong name).<br> It is more than a month and after a promise that they should get it in a week or two , still nothing. I have never seen a Cell Phone company who takes this long to get a simple thing like a cellphone.
