Still charging me after nr shift to a new service

Virgin Mobile is still subtracting R99 / month for the number ***, after I moved my nr to a new service provider.
On 12 Feb 2015 I went to Cape Gate Virgin Mobile store and ask what I must do to when I want to move to a new service provider.
They informed me that I must come back on 2 March 2015 and then they will change my phone-contract to a pay-as you-go from 1 April 2015 and then I can change to a new service provider.
On 2 March 2015 I went to the Virgin Mobile shop. They worked on the computer and said to me that on 1 April 2015 my contract will be a pay-as-you-go and then I can go over to a new service provider.
On 1 April 2015 I took a new contract out with MTN on the nr ***.
I had several attempts to stop the R99/month to be deducted from my account, but with no success.
The one Virgin Mobile store personnel now informed me that they can not contact the financial department of Virgin Mobile and that I will never get my money back or get Virgin Mobile to stop deducting the R99 / month!!
Virgin Mobile owe me already 12 x R99 = R1 188
