Shocking customer care service

<p>Virgin Mobile South Africa is the most useless cell phone provider. Staff are totally *********** . Management is never available to assist. I app**** to upgrade my contract and it is a disaster. You get promised everything and nothing happens. I have been a client since 2008. Always pay my account and I am treated badly. Promised a new hand set only to be told a week later that noting was ordered. Nobody knows anything. This is incompetence on a whole new level. What happened to the Champs that will assist. There regretably are NONE.</p>
