Refusal to cancel contract at end of term

Hi <br> <br> My contract with Virgin mobile has recently ended due to poor reception service I need to cancel my contract with them now i AM A SECONDARY ACCOUNT HOLDER my mother is the main member before my mother could cancel the contract I got a phone call to renew my contract my mother and I both felt pressured into renewing it so we agreed out of pressure the next day my mother phone to cancel the contract in terms of the consumer protection act we have every right to do that, The person who spoke to us was extremely rude My mother was told to phone back on monday which she did and we were then told the contract had been cancelled but as of yet they have not cancelled the contract and the new phone which we do not want is already on its way to us... this is disgusting service 3 days of trying to cancel a contract that has reached its 24 month end, PLEASE CANCEL THE ****** CONTRACT

Thank you for taking my call.

As per our telephonic discussion the contract has been cancelled and the number has been migrated to prepay.Please note that your account is invoiced 30 days in arrears therefore your final payment is at the end of August 2015.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused .
