Porting of mobile number from Virgin Mobile to Vodacom
I have asked several times for my mobile number to be ported from Virgin Mobile to Vodacom. I visited AJR, Potchefstroom and did all the necessary, but then the trouble started. Virgin suddenly doesn't get any request for the porting of my number Several emails was written to them. All answer I get, there was no request for your mobile to be ported ******* - a very experienced young lady at AJR helped me with everything. I am a pensioner and am not that good with the internet, but really PLEASE - I am leaving for Australia on Saturday, 21 October 2017 for a period of 3 months and I must have a mobile to keep contact in South Africa Regards FMJ DU TOIT [MRS] **********
