Please add my vitality discount and refund the money you’ve ****** from my account twice now!

I wrote a long review 2 weeks ago, VIrgin Active has still not responded!

I called the contact center numerous times and the staff could not assist with the simplest of issues. I’ve had nothing but pathetic service from the contact center, even had the phone dropped several time.

All I need is to have my Vitality monthly discounts but month after month Virgin Active stills more money from my account and makes excuses passing the buck back and forth between them and vitality. I have an active vitality account ***) Virgin Active it’s your responsibility to check this not mine! You have the relationship with Discivery…. Stop passing the buck and get to the bottom of this. The incompetence of your staff dealing with these issues is astounding!

And answer your complaints, it’s the least you could do for a member that supported you for 9 years now!
