Picked and Packed

Hi I app**** for my cellphone upgrade over a month ago. I was told that my cellphone will be delivered within a week. It's been over a month and I have not received anything. Whenever I call to query, I get the response that my order has been picked and packed and the courier will contact me within a few days. Like I said it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Virgin Mobile SUCKS and their service is totally disgusting. I'm on the verge of cancelling my contract.
