phone not delivered

my name is kabelo I open a new contact phone deal with Virgin mobile and I was told the cellphone will be delivered starting from 27/07/2015 until 29/07/2015 but nothing today and no communication from Virgin if the will be a delay from them. I called them 28/07/2015 checking when the phone will be delivered, the call center consultant is tell me maybe next week as they do not have phones at the moment and it wont take more than a month for a phone to be delivered. i was mis informed and **** by the sales person about how their company work, now i have less confident with them as a new client i do not know the way the contract is will remain or change as i don't know if i was told the truth. Virgin mobile deliver the phone or cancel my contract
