Paying for Something I have not received
I have been going on for 3 months , I have posted on Hello Peter before and nothing happen on it. Virgin is the worse Company to deal with. I just now received an account from Virgin Paying for a Iphone that I do not have. And they refuse to credit my account when they can see on the system I have not received the phone.
