Number recycled without notifying me

A number that I have had for 10 years was recycled by you, yet I was not notified when this was going to happen. I have been loading R10 via my bank account every month only to discover that it went no where. I can receive smses on this number still so the number has not been given to anyone else. Please may I have my phone number back. I would really appreciate it
