Non existing company

Does this company realy exist? I called them to make an enquiry about an account i had with them in 2011. They kept me waitin on a call for 15 min with the auto machine saying i was caller number 1. Worse of they have listed me on the itc for the past 6 years no update no nothing and the account has been closed and when you call to enquire you waste airtime because no one even takes your call.

My contact number is ********** 689... what is the point of calling a call center agent that does not take calls and when i call the 011 number they redirect me to the same number that just puts me on hold for 15 min... where do you think i get the airtime to listen to an auto mechine telling me that i am number 1 in a que for 15 full mins???
