No response about Cancellation
I have tried for more than 2 months to get the amount to cancel my contract with Virgin Mobile. the either don't answer the call or they say they will get back to you and never does.<br> <br> I have numerous problems with my phone and need to get a new phone. My contract expires end September but I can not get an upgrade now. So I want to buy out my contract to get another phone BUT no assistance from Virgin.
