No free minutes for my virgin to virgin phone calls

I have advised that Virgin to Virgin free minutes are available to certain Post paid packages .
I have also confirmed that as a prepaid customer you also get an option of free minutes everytime you recharge however this minutes can be used to call all networks except for international calls .
