NO communication

In October 2013 I signed up for a contract with Virgin @ their Menlyn Branch. As there were quite a few persons awaiting service the salesman appeared to be in a rush to get done.<br> <br> I gave him ALL details required by RICA & Virgin & he said that my monthly bills would be sent via Mobi-link to my cellphone & the debit order would be deducted monthly.<br> <br> After about 2 months I had NOT received any bill & saw that there had been no debit order taken from my account. On checking contract I then noticed that the salesman had omitted 2 numbers on the account.<br> I called Virgin & advised them that I was NOT receiving bills & that there was a problem with debit order...they would get back to me.<br> <br> Some time after this my phone & sim card were lost ..<br> Now in FEBRUARY 2015 my bank call to say I have been blacklisted due to non payment... I call them & am told to contact their collections agent who tells me that I must pay +-R460 before he can do anything.<br> I pay them the amount told but have no IDEA as to how this amount is made up & demand that they advise me how they are going to remove my name from the blacklist.<br> I guess bad service is better than NO service!!
