lost phone at shop stil no responce

I have laid a complaint and was told by Virgin Mobile that this case would be sorted it seems they just wanted to Brush me off as they usually do , what is frustrating is that I am still paying for this device , the complaint was laid on the 20 February still no call form anyone or even an explanation
