Insane Bill
So I have been with Virgin mobile for a few years now, and for the first time in forever, my bill was over R500. R711 to be exact. If I go and view my bill, I see crazy amounts listed in my billing. R120 for a short call to a Virgin Mobile number, etc. Literally R5-6 a minute stuff. How can this be possible? Please explain why this bill is suddenly so big and sort it out thanks

I confirm that your call rates are R1.75 per minute and that you have not been charged R120.00 for a single call to any number. Your invoice dated 01.04.2016 comprised of your monthly subscription of R399.00 and excess usage of R312.08 which went toward data and calls.
