Hi minky-swiegers-van-dyk,

Thank you for your post.

Please be advised that we did respond to you. Please refer to the email dated 01.08.2016 sent at 11h44.

You were advised on numerous occasions that your final invoice would be generated on the 01.08.2016 for the airtime provided to you on the 01.07.2016. This invoice would be due on the 30.08.2016, or in your case on the 01.09.2016 as your debit order date falls on the first of a month. We confirm that this is your final debit order should this not be reversed.

Please note that upon cancellation, only ones month's inclusive airtime will be loaded(should any be due to you).

We trust the above is in order and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards

Alicia
