I dont owe Virgin Mobile yet im receiving demands

I keep receiving messages from MBD LC regarding an account that i apparently had with Virgin Mobile. First things first i dont even know what i bought from Virgin Mobile and i dont own a Virgin Mobile line. i dont even know what products are offered by them. I called the lawyers and they told me they have no information regarding this account except for the money that i apparently owe Virgin Mobile. They referred me back to Virgin mobile call centre and i was transferred to accounts. The lady i spoke to would not even furnish me with the information i need. When did i apply for credit with Virgin mobile and where
