Harassing me to upgrade

<p>Yesterday yet another consultant from Virgin Mobile contacted me to upgrade. I asked her to look on the system to see how many of them have called me. She rep**** the entire sales team. I told her that if I want to upgrade, I will contact them. Today yet ANOTHER person called me. How do you make this harassment stop as clearly English is not understood?</p>
