Handset not yet delivered despite being paid for

Six months into a renewed contract my handset got faulty. I handed it in for repairs and in May I paid for repairs faxed to the provided fax number with a specific reference. The phone was never delivered everytime I called I never got joy until I refaxed the proof of payment in July still nothing was to come. I got a call last week Tuesday that the handset will b delivered on Friday. I asked them to deliver on Monday the 24th of August today is the 26th of August nothing showing no courtesy call.
