Glimmer of Hope

I am guilty of logging into this site quite often to complain when service expectations are not met, but today i feel i need to give credit where it is due. Virgin Mobile and myself are no strangers to confrontation having had our fair share of disputes over the years. Fortunately due to one of those confrontations I met Mr Mpho Mokoena. What a revelation he has been! Since the day i received the first email from him a good couple of months ago till now Mr Mokoena has been incredible! No matter what the issue is at hand he always gives me prompt feedback and often resolves the issue within minutes. Thank you Mr Mokoena for your tireless efforts to keep a difficult customer happy. You truely are an asset to your company...
