DEAR VIGIN MOBILE / THAPELO<br> <br> TODAY I THE 4TH MAY AND DONT HAVE MY PHONE BACK.<br> <br> AS PER YOUR POST U POSTED THAPELO YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED ANYTHING U WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO ME REGARDING MY ISSUE AND U DIDNT<br> <br> IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE OF VIRGIN MOBILE.<br> <br> I WAS PROMISED FROM VIRGIN MOBILE MY PHONE WOULD BE RETURNED ON THE 28TH APRIL ITS THE 4TH OF MAY AND DONT HAVE MY PHONE BACK<br> <br> I GOT A MESSAGE THIS MORNING FROM VIRGIN SAYING YOU ARE AWAITING SPARES *** NOW I ASK YOU WHAT IS GOING ON.<br> <br> I WANT MY PHONE BACK TODAY OR REPLACED. WHY SHOULD I WAIT SO LONG FOR MY PHONE THAT VIRGIN MOBILE DAMAGED.<br> <br> I WANT RESULTS TODAY <br> <br> DO NOT MAKE FALSE PROMISES YOU CANNOT KEEP<br> <br> REGARDS<br> <br> <br> VERY ****ED OFF CUSTOMER
