False advertising by Virgin Mobile I signed up 3 of my family members on the 8th April on Recurring monthly data boosta. At a Virgin Mobil kiosk in Tyger Valley we were told that we have what's app for Free what a Big Lie. It does not last a day when you receive a massage "...you enjoyed your Free what's app Check back tomorrow to enjoy your Free Chatting normal data rates apply" Then we were told we will have 3 months boosta fist month 200mb 2nd 500mb the 3rd Month 1 Gig More LIES . It's the 09th and I have contacted the call center 4 times today and guess what my call is dropped after waiting for 7 min for the agent to confirm why I have not received my data as yet.Then I call back requesting to speak to the floor manager only to be told there is no floor manager Really!!! Rock star right more like FLOP STAR Rather use another Provider and receive better service
