Excessive Billing

I got charged for data usage that is excessive from my normal usage. First one is 709.09mb and the second one 885.75mb. Where my highest was just over 200mb use in the past few months.

When inquiring about these all that they can tell me is that it was used and registered on the system like this. I cannot believe this taken place in a matter of a week. And at the same time I have requested to cancel my contract.

I am not willing to accept these charges, I haven't even used this much data in the first month after I bought a Note 5 for myself. The number from Virgin has served me as a back up number. So how can the data usage be so high if my primary number does not even get close to that. I also use my primary number for work emails as well.

No please explain to me exactly what has happened on both these occurrences. Furthermore, I want this sim card to be deactivated, all the airtime and data to be refunded to me in full.
