Disconnected from my own number
2 years ago I ported my number to a virgin mobile contract. I then called in to cancel my contract and requested to keep my number as prepaid. I was meant to get my messages and airtime which I had not used back. After numerous calls to them requesting feedback I gave up. Only to find out a couple of days after their last deduction. My number had been disconnected.
