Disappointing Service!

I Was called on the 18th and was told that stock of the LG G4 arrived so I placed my order, I called on the 23rd to see what was happening and an agent said that the courier should call me soon, I called again today 26th to check and they tell me there is no stock available!!!!!<br> <br> What on earth are you guys doing? I have subsequently sold my old handset in anticipation of receiving the new one!<br> <br> Could someone sort this out!
