Definitely NOT ON!!!!!

Good Day,<br> <br> I have a SERIOUS problem with this supplier.<br> <br> 7 Years ago (in 2008) i had a contract with them i paid well the two years then apparently i paid an extra year.<br> <br> I asked to be refunded they told me that they can't give me cash instead they will give me airtime to which i agreed.<br> <br> Months later i receive a letter stating i OWE them money (Think it was R323), i complained to hello peter then they called to say that they apologies for the mix up and that i DONT OWE them.... <br> AFTER 6years (in 2015) i receive a letter stating that my account owing R440 has been send to the debt collectors HOW ON EARTH did that <br> happen... Im SOOOOO sick and tired of this ****!!!<br> <br> Virgin Mobile You need to get your act together and fix this!
