Default blacklisting
My number was ported to a new service provider late 2013, early 2014. Virgin Mobile continued to take money off my account. After several attempts to cancel my contract with Virgin Mobile by email, telephone and SMS, I gave up in frustration (this is not automatic and I was not informed of this!). Virgin mobile continued to debt my account. I issued a stop payment out of shear frustration.
Two years later I try to apply for car finance and Virgin Mobile have blacklisted me on Trans Union! Not only have I lost my deal on a car, but now I have to spend money to fight and clear my name before I can buy a car again.
Not once have Virgin Mobile ever tried to contact me, or resolve this issue.
In frustration, Thomas Steer
