DECEASED Person still uses/pays a cell contract?!!

We have trying since mid 2013 to cancel my deceased father's Virgin Mobile cellphone contract. Everytime we query this issue to have the contract ended Virgin Mobile has another excuse. The latest joke is that an Excecutor's Letter issued by a High Court judge and death certificate is insufficient! We have sent numerous emails with death certificatesand other proofs but we now have to have affidavits from both executives as well as certified copies of their ID documents?! How is it still certified if we email it through? Why must the executors now give an affidavid? In the mean while you are still debiting our account?!<br> You are pathetic!!
